Because nourishing foods are the foundation of what we do, we understand how important our annual conference menu is. We do not take this task lightly and spend all year collaborating and working with companies and caterers to make sure our food is something you’d be proud of. We have just finalized our menu and we’re excited to share it with you! We think you’re going to be pretty impressed.

Join us Friday night directly after speaker sessions for “Meat & Greet” hosted by our title sponsor, Corner Post Meats and with delicious donations from Mt Capra, Firefly Kitchens, Montinore Wine, Groundbreaker Beer, and Epic Provisions. You’ll enjoy:

  • Meat stations: salt & pepper marinated kabobs (cooked in a variety of fats, such as: duck, pork, and goat ghee) and served with mango pineapple salsa, chimmi churri, and thai curry sauce
