Requirements for a Press Pass:

5,000 + followers on one of your social media platforms
AND an active blog or other media channel with a publication in the last month

Register for your badge by filling out the form below. You need to register individually for each person applying for a press pass. Please come back to this page and fill out the registration form again for each new person.

Press Passes provide access to the expo hall, all speaker sessions and workshops. Press Passes DO NOT include banquet dinners, lunches, Farm Tour or Thursday Workshop access. To order meal tickets or passes for other activities, please use the general REGISTRATION FORM.

Press Rules and Disclaimer

Photographers and videographers are required to obtain permission before filming any exhibitor’s booth and must refrain from filming those who do not grant permission.

Qualified press who have obtained press passes and are photographing and/or filming at the show may not, under any circumstances, solicit payment from exhibitors for service. Those who are found to be soliciting payment will have their press passes immediately revoked, and may be banned from future events.

Attendee indemnifies and holds harmless Nutritional Therapy Association, their respective partners, subsidiaries and affiliates, with respect to any claims from any third party claims whatsoever arising from Attendee’s media activities under this waiver.
